Seared Salmon with Creamy Rice and Corn

The kids got a surprise last week when Chef Darnell Reed from Luella’s Southern Kitchen joined the class! Together, they whipped up some seriously delicious seared salmon with creamy rice and corn. The lesson of the week was taking pride in your work and the kids definitely nailed it!
