Lions Mane "Crab" Cake
How cool! The guys from Windy City Mushrooms (the largest gourmet mushroom farm in Illinois) taught the kids an unbelievable lion’s mane "crab" cake recipe. Most of the kids were pretty skeptical going in, which made for a meaningful lesson about stepping outside of our comfort zones. All of the kids left surprised and impressed by the delicious food they made! What a fun class!
