LEMONY SUMMER PASTA
Lemony summer pasta is the the perfect veggie focused dish for summer. It’s also a great lesson in being flexible. The kids chose their own veggies for the dish and had to modify things slightly to accommodate their selections. In the end, they created delicious dishes and did an awesome job of going with the flow!
