THAI CURRY

This week the kids got the chance to choose between making red or green Thai curry. We challenged the kids to step outside of their comfort zone, to trust the recipe, and to keep an open mind. These flavor packed curries were enjoyed by all, including volunteer, Steve. Check out those sweet spice sprinkling skills!
