Spinach and Leek Phyllo Pies
This week Chef Louie Alexakis from Avli joined us to teach the kids a bit about Greek food! They whipped up some crispy spinach and leek phyllo pies! They also learned about the power or practice, and that messing up along the way is just part of the process!
