Best Pizza Ever
The truth is, there’s pizza… and there’s PIZZA. And this week, the class was joined by Chef Dave Bonomi from Coalfire Pizza, and they definitely made the latter. They hand-stretched the dough, prepped toppings, made a sauce, and put together some really great combinations. They even made a Caprese salad. And more importantly, they learned from Dave that great things require enthusiasm. These pizzas were proof of it.
