Fish Tacos
This week the kids pushed themselves to multitask and tackle multiple components for some incredible fish tacos. They pan fried some spicy whitefish, put together a limey cilantro slaw, and whipped up a smoky chipotle crema. Some of the kids even pickled red onions!
