Fried Chicken Sandwiches

Chef James Garron of Chicken Shop taught the kids to make some incredible fried chicken sandwiches and to talk about what it means to have respect for every step of the process. The kids seasoned and coated their chicken, pickled chili peppers, picked cilantro, and chopped lettuce to build sandwiches they could be super proud of!
